By using MagicAI you accept these Terms. The service provides AI content/image/chat tools on a credit/subscription basis. You are responsible for your account and for reviewing AI output before use. No unlawful, infringing or abusive use. Paid plans renew until cancelled; charges are processed by our payment providers. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
